Conchemco, Ltd. is proud to have again been recognized as one of the 100 fastest growing, privately held companies in the Dallas Metroplex. For the last five consecutive years, Conchemco has received recognition as a member of the Dallas 100. The Dallas 100 is sponsored by the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and The CEO Institute. The awards were created to recognize the entrepreneurs who build businesses and create jobs in varying economies and in a variety of industries. In 2005 and 2006, Conchemco was also selected as a member of the Comerica Collin 60, recognizing the 60 fastest growing private companies in Collin County.

Jan Sullivan to CEO: Jan was formerly Secretary/Controller for Conchemco, Ltd. Jan has spent 10 years in the oil industry. She formerly spent 25 years in commercial property management prior to joining Conchemco, Ltd.
Tommy Mrazek to President: Tommy was formerly the Vice President and General Manager of Conchemco, Ltd. Tommy has been in sales and various management positions with Univar, Brenntag, and Conchemco for over 30 years.
Anna Nguyen to CPA/ Assistant Treasurer: Anna has been with Conchemco, Ltd. for 3 years in the position of Accountant and Assistant Controller.

August 2006 Press Release

G.L. (Gerry) Sullivan, founder and President of Conchemco, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at Zale Lipshy University Hospital. He is a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry. In July 1990, Gerry founded Conchemco Ltd., buying and selling chemicals from his kitchen table. For four consecutive years, beginning in 2002, Conchemco was honored by the SMU Cox School of Business as a member of the Dallas 100. In 2005 and 2006, Conchemco was also selected as a member of the Collin 60, recognizing the 60 fastest growing private companies in Collin County.

Toluene - Gasoline blend values continue to drive toluene prices higher. Blend value for toluene is now in the $3.71/gallon range for early August. Toluene barges are now $0.2000 - $0.2500 / gallon higher than 2 weeks ago. Solvent prices are moving up in early August.
Xylene - As with toluene, gasoline blend values are quite high. Barge market for xylene is very stable in the $3.50 / gallon range for early August. Solvent xylene prices are also moving higher in early August as supplies are very snug.

Tommy Mrazek to Vice President and General Manager. Tommy was formerly the Sales Manager of Conchemco, Ltd. and retained that position for two years. Tommy has been in sales and various management positions with Univar and Brenntag for over 30 years.
Rich Olson to Vice President. Rich was formerly Business Development Manager for Conchemco, Ltd. and retained that position for five years. Rich formerly spent 15 years with Koch Industries and was the Western Regional Sales Manager prior to joining Conchemco, Ltd. in 2000.
Anna Nguyen to Assistant Controller. Anna has been with Conchemco, Ltd. for 3 years in the position of Accountant.
